Alabama Survival Camp
The Wilderness Survival Expedition is an intense training expedition on 1,100 acres of Alabama virgin mountainside. The expedition will be led by Mike Lowe, a professional survival trainer who demonstrated his skills in the second season of the TV reality show Alone. There are only 25 places.

About the event
Mike Lowe has been learning and teaching survival skills professionally since 1980. He began his career as a survival instructor for the U.S. Air Force. He taught pilots and aircrew members how to survive behind enemy lines. He is a Rescue 3 International certified swift water and technical rope rescue technician and instructor as well as a certified Wilderness First Responder. In 2016 he was a participant on the History Channel’s hit series Alone Season 2. On February 19-23, 2023, Mike Lowe with partner with Wilderness Survival Camp and MindShift Mountain Survival for the ultimate wilderness experience. Come learn practical outdoor survival skills and techniques from one of the experts.
The event will be at Hawk Pride Mountain Offroad, which is a privately owned park located in Northwest Alabama spreading over 1,000 acres. Arrival will be on Sunday February 19, 2023 at 2:00 pm SCTand checkout will be on Thursday February 23, 2023 at 10:00 am CST.
Participants can expect learning how to prioritize basic needs of a survivor, fire making, rescue skills using everyday natural materials, construction waterproof shelter using nature materials, locating and purifying drinking water, basic navigation, and cordage construction.
