Finally, our newsletters are back! But we've changed from Discover News to Wilderness News. Here's our first issue that we've been working on. If you have any questions or information for our next issue, feel free to contact us.
It’s been a busy summer so far. We are pleased that Georgia and Oklahoma have had their first End-Time Preparation Campmeetings. It was great to worship and fellowship with about 160 people at Sabbatical Lake in Monticello, GA. The following weekend, there were 60 others at the Oklahoma campmeeting hosted by Inspired by God Ministries. It is such a blessing to spend time with like-minded believers. If you have any pictures from the campmeetings, please share them with me.
Also, please pray for the rest of the campmeetings that will be occurring this year. There is another campmeeting in Oklahoma hosted by Selah Ministries. Texas will be having their first campmeeting at the Three Angels Adventist Training Center, and at the end of 2022, we will have the Florida Campmeeting at Avon Park.
Keep an eye out for more 2023 campmeetings in Alabama, Virginia, Michigan, and even England! We are working on venues for New York and Trinidad. If you are interested in assisting us with planning events in any states where we don’t currently have campmeetings, please contact me.
Information about these and other upcoming events can be found on our brand new website at www.WildernessSurvivalCamp.com. It is the central place for the latest campmeeting information, resources, events, and training. Take a look around and let us know what additional information that we should include.
We are looking for trainers to teach classes. If you have a proficiency in a particular area, please volunteer your time and skills. If you are unsure if your abilities meet our needs, go to the website and check out the Campmeeting Topics page.
Our next Remnant Brunch will be at 11 am on July 24, and our venue has changed to the Sebring SDA Church. We will cover a prophecy update, property update, gardening update, and a survival skill, all of which will take an hour. The next 60-90 minutes will be a feature presentation or training. We plan to finish on time and end the meetings with a brunch. If you are in the area, feel free to join us. Even though this is a free event, we do ask you to contribute a brunch item and bring an offering.
